NOW YOGA is about presence. It’s an invitation to release thoughts of what you could have done differently yesterday or what might happen tomorrow. When you fully arrive in the here and now, worries and stress begin to loosen their hold.
NÅ yoga is a practice of presence, not perfection. You don’t need to start flexible – you become softer and stronger with time. With each breath, yoga brings more space into your body and more clarity into your day.


Your instructor
I’m Rebekka, 35, and yoga has been a quiet interest of mine for many years. But it wasn’t until two years ago, during a period of deep inner unrest, that I truly turned to the practice. I traveled to Rishikesh for a yoga retreat, hoping to find balance, but after returning home I struggled to maintain a routine. Nearly a year later, I began again – and this time, yoga became my daily anchor.
What started as a way to calm my mind has grown into something much bigger: a space for clarity, presence, and strength, both on and off the mat. Yoga helped me reconnect with myself, and now I want to share that possibility with others – whether it’s to ease stress, find stillness, or simply take a mindful pause from everyday life.
In December 2026, I’ll return to India to complete my teacher certification, continuing this journey so I can guide others in theirs.
